Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP): This is an evidence-based listening therapy designed to help regulate the nervous system and improve social engagement by using specially filtered music to stimulate the vagus nerve.
Nourishing Cuisine: Savor delicious, health-conscious meals featuring fresh, local ingredients, tailored to your dietary needs.
Mind-Body Activities: Participate in a variety of sessions, including yoga, breathwork, sound healing, and reiki, to strengthen the mind-body connection.

We are excited to offer a Rainstick Workshop as a special addition to your retreat experience! This hands-on session will allow you to create your very own rainstick, a traditional instrument used by indigenous cultures to invoke the sound of rain.

Workshop Details:

Duration: 45 minutes to 1 hour
Materials provided: All necessary materials to create a rainstick, including wooden tubes, nails, glue, paint, and decorative elements.
Instructor: Our experienced instructor will guide you through every step of the process, sharing insights into the cultural significance and history of the rainstick. The workshop is designed for all skill levels, from beginners to those with previous crafting experience.
Location: The workshop will take place on the retreat grounds, see itinerary for date.

How to construct and personalize your rainstick using materials provided.
